How we began
The Story Behind First View
Founded by Jorge A. Diaz, First View Landscape and Home Solutions LLC was created to solve a common challenge for property owners: having to hire multiple different companies for landscaping, exterior washing, and general property repairs. What began as one contractor’s promise to do things the right way has grown into something much bigger — a true family business, built job by job on trust, hard work, and genuine care for every property we touch.
Today, Jorge leads the company side by side with his son, Ricardo A. Diaz, who grew up on job sites learning the trade from his father and now serves as a partner in the business. And behind every visit, his wife Nora Tapia and his daughter Carolina Díaz run the administrative heart of the company — keeping estimates, schedules, and clients perfectly in order. From weekly lawn mowing to roof maintenance and general contracting repairs, this family delivers reliable craftsmanship, punctual scheduling, and budget-friendly pricing — fully licensed, bonded, and insured (CCB# 251498).
